Digital Marketing Specialist/Content Creator
About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute the company’s online marketing strategies to generate leads, promote property listings, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires hands-on skills in content creation, digital advertising, and design of promotional materials for both web and print.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, Google, and other platforms.
- Design high-quality flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and other promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and sales funnels.
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop property-focused content.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report insights.
- Update website and landing pages with optimised content and visuals.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or product-based marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO.
- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities.
- Video editing and motion design skills are a plus
- Knowledge of the use of Social media management tools like metricool is a plus
