About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the leasing and sales of commercial properties including office spaces, retail outlets, and industrial properties.
You’ll work closely with property owners, investors, and business clients to identify, negotiate, and close high-value deals that drive growth for all parties.

Key Responsibilities
Source and list commercial properties for sale or lease.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and emerging trends.
Develop relationships with landlords, corporate tenants, and investors.
Negotiate and close commercial lease and sale agreements.
Prepare and present proposals, pricing analyses, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Represent the company at business networking events and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
BSc in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of Lagos commercial property markets.
Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a professional work ethic.
