Videographer/Photographer & Editor

About the Role
The Videographer/Editor will create compelling visual content that documents the company’s property developments, listed properties, building projects, and sales campaigns boosting brand engagement and client confidence.
Employment Type: Full-time  
Responsibilities:  

• Capture high-quality video and photo content of construction progress, completed homes, and client testimonials.  
• Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, property photography and social media reels for listings.  
• Work with the marketing team to script, plan, and produce visual content.  
• Deliver videos and images optimized for web, YouTube, and other social media platforms.  
• Maintain media storage and production equipment.    

Requirements:  

• Hands-on experience in video shooting and photography, including editing for both.  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and photo editing tools like Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.  
• Creativity in real estate visual storytelling, including composition, lighting, and pacing.  
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in field locations.    
• Candidate must be within commutable distance from the company’s office.
