Leasing Agent
About the Role
Inab Realty is seeking a Leasing Agent with a passion for real estate and client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing property listings, showing available units, screening tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities
Market available properties through digital and physical channels.
Conduct property tours and provide accurate, compelling information to potential tenants.
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to close deals.
Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure all documentation is complete.
Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and tenants to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and update property databases.
Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
OND / HND / BSc in Estate Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in property leasing, sales, or customer relations (real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing is an advantage.
Must be goal-driven, personable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
